ParentSquare

Overview

ParentSquare is the primary communication platform used by Simi Valley High School to share information with parents and guardians, including announcements, reminders, school updates, and direct messages from teachers, coaches, and staff.

School Communication

SVHS uses district-approved communication systems for school-related communication. Families are responsible for monitoring school communication and keeping contact information current in Aeries.

Students use StudentSquare for student communication. Parents and guardians use ParentSquare.

Access and App

Parents and guardians can access ParentSquare using the email address or phone number associated with their Aeries Parent Portal account. The ParentSquare mobile app is also available for real-time notifications.

Troubleshooting

If parents and guardians are not receiving messages, they should verify their contact information in the Aeries Parent Portal. ParentSquare uses the email address and phone number listed in Aeries, and this information must be current and accurate.

Only contacts listed with the appropriate educational rights in Aeries will receive school communication through ParentSquare. If issues persist, contact the ASB Office for support.
